Membership is open to all Malayalees above 18 years of age who accept the aims and objectives of the Association.
Members shall abide by the Bye-laws of the Association and all resolutions adopted by the General Body.
Membership is strictly non-transferable.
The Association offers the following categories of membership:

Admission, annual subscription, and life/associate membership fees shall be fixed by the Managing Committee from time to time.
Life Membership
Granted only upon the direct approval of the Managing Committee after payment of the prescribed fee. The prescribed fee for Life Membership for the financial year 2026–2027 is ₹6,100.
Annual Membership
For those seeking admission into the organisation for a period of one financial year.
Associate Membership
Exclusive to those who are living alone. Allowed for a maximum period of five years, or until the member shifts to Annual or Life Membership.
Introduction Requirement
Life, Annual, and Associate Membership shall require introduction by a standing Member.
The Managing Committee may reject any application at its discretion, without assigning any reason.
In the event of such rejection, the full amount of fees paid by the applicant — including admission and membership fees — shall be refunded in full.
Approved members shall be entered into the Rolls of the Association and notified through the Association’s approved mode of communication.
Fees once paid shall not be refundable, except where expressly provided in the event of application rejection by the Managing Committee.
For Annual and Associate Membership, the subscription fee shall be payable within thirty (30) days from the due date. Any grace period for renewal may be decided by the Managing Committee.
